I have a 2020 Domane SL5 with Mechanical 105. Don't think as ISOspeed as off-road suspension, it's not. It basically helps smooth out vibrations from rough pavement. It helps with compliance but it won't soak up rough gravel like a suspension fork. It will give the Domane a nice smoother ride on roads that may not be too fun on a stiff racing bike.
